In the event of a cracked or dislodged veneer unit, the following warranty terms apply:

• 1st Year: Full Warranty (100% coverage)
• 2nd Year: 80% Warranty (20% of costs incurred will be charged to the patient)
• 3rd Year: 60% Warranty (40% of costs incurred will be charged to the patient)

***Please note that any modifications to the original veneer design, including changes to contour or shade, will void the warranty.

A deposit of 20% of the estimated treatment cost will be required at the time of booking to secure slots and submit your case to the laboratory. This deposit will be credited towards your treatment cost.

Medisave Claimable Surgical Procedures (for Singaporean/PRs only):

Surgery: from $240 onwards (dependent on surgery type, as per Medisave guidelines)

Miscellaneous (consumables and medication): up to $830 per day of surgery

Note: Medisave claims are subject to prevailing guidelines and limits.

For Saturday appointments, a booking fee of $50 (non-refundable) is required to secure the slot. This amount will be credited to the treatment cost. $50 is forfeited for a last minute cancellation or no show.

Appointment that requires a third-party service (Anaesthetist / Dental Laboratory / Phlebotomist / Specialists) requires a booking fee of $100. This amount will be credited to the treatment cost, or forfeited for a last minute cancellation or no show.
